pluriSelect—让阳选后的细胞与磁珠Say goodbye!

小达君化身大白给细胞分选加些料，助力大家的分选实验。今天介绍pluriSelect的一款分选的利器，不用千篇的内容就能掌握细胞分选的新思路， pluriSelect支招来搞定细胞阳选后的磁珠！
阳选后细胞携带的磁珠也可以去掉，这是个神马操作呢？这么好的idea，全血分选当然不在话下，并且分选后血小板或红细胞的污染非常低，得到的细胞也可以用于下游另一种细胞的阳性或阴性富集实验。可分选的样本类型也包括 PBMC, Buffy Coat, Cord Blood, Bone Marrow,Primary Cell Solution.
